What is your return policy?
To maintain the safety and well-being of all our users during the COVID-19 pandemic, all sales of products that have been opened with the safety seal broken are final.
If you make an order you’d like to cancel or exchange for another product and it is already in transit or you’ve already received but haven’t opened by breaking the safety seal, please contact us at support@instantvita.com and we can help.
What details do I need to provide to ask for a cancellation, refund or exchange if I change my mind?
Please email us your order number and relevant details at support@instantvita.com. We strive to process all orders within 24 hours, so the best time to cancel or change your existing order is within that timeframe. However, once the order has been received, you’ll have 30 days to exchange or ask for a refund if the product has not been opened and the safety seal not broken.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds should take place within 14 days. If you are sending back an unopened product, we’ll start to process your refund or exchange when we receive the product and verify that the safety seal wasn’t opened.
